Essential Ingredients
  • 1 cup Arhar Dal (Toor Dal)
  • 1 small Raw Banana, chopped
  • 1 small Pumpkin, chopped
  • 1 Potato, diced
  • 4-5 Beans, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp Panch Phoron (Five Spice Mix)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Dry Red Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Om Gold Rice Bran Oil
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Water – as needed
  • 2 tbsp Grated Coconut (for garnish, optional)

How to Make
It Perfectly

  1. Wash and boil arhar dal with turmeric powder and salt until soft. Mash lightly and keep aside.
  2. In a separate pan, heat Om Gold Rice Bran Oil and add panch phoron, cumin seeds, and dry red chilies. Let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the boiled dal, mix well, and let it simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
