Essential Ingredients
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • Sesame seeds (for coating)
  • Oil (for frying)

How to Make
It Perfectly

  1. Preparing the Jaggery Syrup:
    Heat 1 cup jaggery with ½ cup water in a pan. Stir until it forms a thick syrup.
  2. Making the Dough:
    Slowly add 2 cups rice flour to the jaggery syrup while stirring continuously.
    Once mixed, let it cool slightly and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Shaping & Frying:
    Take small portions of dough, roll into balls, and flatten slightly.
    Coat with sesame seeds and fry in medium-hot oil until crispy.
